Diagnosed with cervical and thoracic spondylosis, lumbar degenerative disc disease and disc bulges leading to sciatica, I understand the problems and physical issues relating to injuries and muscular imbalances. I can empathize with clients, who have felt frustrated, overwhelmed, and helpless due to pain, because I was once like that.
This built a passion in me to help improve the mental and physical health of others. Helping clients gain mobility and stability, improving in functional movements, building strength and recovery.

Various methods may be employed to mobilise the joints prior to massage. In cases where necessary, deep pressure using fingers or thumbs may be utilised to address particular knots or adhesions. Additionally, passive or active stretching techniques can be utilized to enhance flexibility.
